GUIDED & GUARDED
“For we are not contending against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” Ephesians 6:12
America has been, and currently is, under attack from principalities we humans can hardly fathom. Christ is the only truth, the only protection, the exit from this world.
What is the Orthodox Church?
“The Orthodox Church is evangelical, but not Protestant. It is Orthodox, but not Jewish. It is catholic, but not Roman Catholic. It isn't non-denominational – it is pre-denominational. It has believed, taught, preserved, defended and died for the Faith of the Apostles since the Day of Pentecost 2000 years ago.”

“Just as the thought of fire does not warm the body, so faith without love does not actualize the light of spiritual knowledge in the soul.”
-St. Maximus The Confessor
Conversion from Western Protestant to Eastern Orthodox
Western modernized Christianity is practically on every street corner in the United States. Growing up in that environment, I will speak from personal experience about how I started to realize that there is so much more to our faith than what we typically see here in America. My conversion from Western American Christianity to Eastern Orthodoxy was a God-given struggle. A struggle I hope you will join me on.
